To approve the Annual Governance and Accountability and Review: 2025- 2026
- The Annual Internal Audit Report to be received and comments noted.
- The Annual Governance Statement (Section 1) is approved.
- The Accounting Statements (Section 2) are approved.
- Following Approval, the Chairman and the Clerk sign the Annual Governance Statement
- The Chairman signs the Accounting Statements.
- The Responsible Financial Officer sets the date for the exercise of public rights.

- Lawn Cemetery: Cllr Woodward to move to have pest control to treat growing mole issue in the lawn Cemetery.
- Playing Field Bins: Woodward to move to purchase two additional bins with the County Council grant funding already received.
- Weed removal: Woodward to move to have weeds removed infront of Playing Field wall on High Lane.
- Grass cutting: Cllr Bedson to move to have overgrown verges and hedgerows on Broad Lane cut, plus the Dingle and Hammond Avenue and Millenium Statue verge.
- Adverse Possession Cllr Bedson to move to apply for the verge adjacent to Sytch Well.
- Luncheon Club – 15th Anniversary:
- Reports of Projects in Progress:
- New Cemetery Field – progress with specialist surveys
- Restoration of Community Phone Box: Application submitted
- Sandy Lane Centre – Application for an Asset of Community Value submitted
- Playground Maintenance: Report of play equipment checks.
A quotation to consider from Alliance Environmental Services for a monthly service and repair agreement.
