  1. Correspondence Received:
    1. Request from the Bush to restrict car park access for the Bushtonbury music festival event 31st – 2nd
    2. Complaint received from a Lawn Cemetery visitor about inconsiderate parking during a school event preventing Cemetery access.
    3. Information received about sightings of damage to the paths on Marshes Hill from scramble motorbikes, mountain bikes, horses and people having BBQ’s.
  2. Planning Applications: Update on outline planning application, with all matters reserved except for access for up to 55 dwellings on Land off Breach Road, Brown Edge. SMD/2026/0201
